Our Tour: Excellent

BOAT TRIP UP THE MEKONG A DELIGHT, LOVELY INFINITY POOL, THE TWO GUIDES WERE EXCELENT, (JON AND ?) BUFFET BREAKFAST VERY GOOD. MAIN MEALS MIXED. VERY NOISY AT NIGHT DUE TO THE NEED TO PROCESS LAUNDRY, MAYBE EARPLUGS COULD BE PROVIDED!

Our Service: Excellent

Alexia Christou was exceptional with her help planning our trip, got through all the obstacles we gave her and even suggested a slightly different itinerary which we had not considered but an absolutely wonderful idea.
Always called me when she said she would, she was patient and very pleasant to deal with.
To be honest we expect nothing less from Wendy Wu as always a first class service throughout.
